While I really like the a/b test blocks and Global blocks subsumption of Reusable blocks... we don't want our editors to use AI features yet so it would be useful to be able to turn those features off.

Thank you Seth Rubenstein, that's a great shout. Accelerate is definitely built around blocks, and AI has a broader scope. I think an admin setting would do the trick here?
