Global Blocks don't work in Widgets

Even though global blocks are shown as a widget, the block to add them does nothing.
This is because the Widgets doesn't support "core/block" which is what is reported as an error.
If you register the core/block, it does show though but is broken once loaded in.
We are wanting to use this on a client project right now for A/B testing Ads for them.
Also would be good to be able to create the Global block from inside the Widgets screen instead of elsewhere.

Hey Stu I pushed a PR to the add support for this. In Widgets it's not possible to render the full contents inline, so we instead just use a static placeholder. You can download the plugin built from the PR here: https://github.com/humanmade/altis-accelerate/suites/14821934923/artifacts/843802846 and test.

Joe Hoyle This does the job, although it would be nicer to have more spacing around the block itself as it feels a bit cramped
